We are seeking a Cabinet Design Intern who is self-motivated and can thrive in a free work environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of their day-to-day activities and demonstrate a high level of accountability for their work. As a Cabinet Design Intern, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of custom cabinetry, with a focus on reducing margin erosion by creating accurate and high-impact designs.


Responsibilities: Assist in Following


Work with clients to understand their design needs and preferences


Design custom cabinetry for homes and businesses


Create accurate and high-impact designs to reduce margin erosion


Use 3D design software to create detailed drawings of cabinets and components


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects


Take ownership of your work and demonstrate a high level of accountability



Requirements:


Pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, graduating senior


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks


Excellent organizational and time management skills


Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating accurate and high-impact designs


Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


Proficiency in 3D design software such as 20/20 design


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


A self-starter who is driven to succeed and make an impact on multiple people's lives
