Do you love working with animals? If you do, Clarke Animal Hospital is a busy 4 DVM practice that is looking for someone to join the team! We are looking for a pm kennel assistant that will work with our patients in our kennel area.

Our kennel staff is very important, they are the eyes and ears for our patients while they are in our care. Job duties include walking, feeding, medicating and interacting with our patients. They also include keeping our kennel area clean and organized during each shift. This position can also include some veterinary assisting as the need arises.

Our pm kennel assistant is also responsible for cleaning the hospital at night to get everything sanitized and ready to go for the next days appointments.

A few key requirements for this position are the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on your own when needed, be able to read animal's body language and cues, be detail oriented, and have a passion for helping and working with animals.

The pm kennel assistant is a part time position that includes a couple week nights and every other weekend.
