What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a company vehicle, delivering 350-500 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. Full Time Employees can expect to work 4-5 days per week and 8-10.5 hours per day. Part Time Employees can expect to work 1-3 days per week and 8-10.5 hours per day.

KDL is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner that delivers packages to the greater Arlington Heights area every day. Amazon has partnered with local Delivery Service Partners (DSP), independent delivery organizations that delivers packages.

What You’ll Need:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
  • Must have a positive attitude
Shifts:
  • Part Time - Weekends Only
  • Full Time (One weekend day required)
  • Part Time - Weekdays Only
  • Part Time

Compensation: *Starting pay at $19.25/hr + benefits & performance bonuses based on experience. If you have a CDL Class C License, hourly rate starting at $20.25/hr + benefits & performance bonuses. We provide weekly bonuses based on performance and quarterly raises. We also provide free cell phone service for full timers after 6 months of tenure!

Shift Schedule is as early as 10:00m to as late as 9:00pm
