The Opportunity


We are looking for a Junior Web Developer for our family of companies. Our companies conduct advanced research and develop innovative software and systems that help meet network security and reliability challenges for organizations world-wide.


Responsibilities


  • Design and creation of scalable and adaptive web-based application interfaces for the manipulation of large amounts of machine generated data in either textual or graphical format;
  • Utilize secure coding practices while ensuring the user interface workflow is seamless and intuitive on both traditional and mobile clients;
  • Creation of documentation and training on the use of the application interfaces developed.
  • Work with product teams to gather requirements and generate wireframe examples to ensure seamless project completion;
  • Ongoing maintenance of existing applications;


Requirements


Minimum of 3 years experience with:


  • Javascript
  • CSS / CSS3
  • HTML / HTML5


Minimum Of 1 Years Experience With


  • Large amounts of JSON or XML data
  • Django or other similar web frameworks
  • Bootstrap or other similar styling frameworks
  • RESTful APIs
  • React / Redux / Angular or other similar products


Experience With The Following a Plus


  • Web Sockets or WebRTC
  • Payment card processing
  • Node.js
  • JQuery, D3.js, Graphviz, charting libraries
  • Python
  • Kafka
  • Elasticsearch, MongoDB or similar data storage
  • Unix/Linux shell scripting
  • Docker
  • Leaflet or similar GIS software
