This role will design, develop and maintain software applications that are useable, robust and scalable. You will implement best practice design and user experience, ensuring that the software meets both functional and non-functional requirements of Telstra Health and its customers. Analysing requirements and developing documents which specify solutions to these requirements is key.

Other Duties Include

• Team collaboration for planning, estimation, execution of sprint goals, and involved in cross-team collaboration when required
• Supporting and promoting an Agile development environment
• Contributing to the technical design and architecture of software and platforms
• Driving code quality by conducting code reviews and implementing unit tests
• Resolution of issues and implementation of customer requirements and business objectives as part of a squad
• Contributing to developmental technology experimentation, selection, and implementation

Experience Required

• Exposure to agile development practices, web-based architectures such as REST APIs, WebAPI, Azure platform to create, publish and maintain resources
• Experience in frontend frameworks and languages such as Angular, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience in backend databases such as SQL Server
• Experience in frameworks and languages such as .Net platform, C#
• Proven engineering experience and capability to perform at a Software Engineer level
