We’re a start-up company operating as a direct link between service-based companies and their ideal customers. Using Marketing Brand Awareness Campaigns, we help them to increase their market share and brand recognition in the Tampa, FL region. Our services are in high demand and we need to grow our marketing team ASAP!

Our Junior Project Management opportunities can be a fantastic way to get your foot in the door of the marketing and PR industry. You'll be working as part of a team to help a brand increase its market share and enhance its reputation.

You'll start out with basic, entry-level responsibilities, and will gradually learn to take on more responsibility. We expect you to be fully managing projects and events by the end of your first year.

Working alongside our events team, you’ll learn firsthand how we promote and sell our client's products and services directly to the public.

Within a matter of weeks, you should find yourself promoted into a leadership position with additional recognition and responsibilities. In this stage, you’ll learn how we recruit and develop new team members.

Once you’ve mastered the customer acquisition and team building/training stages, you’ll be cross-trained in a number of sectors to see which is the best fit for you (business management, finance, recruitment, training, coaching, etc)

Learn & Earn:

You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from the management and leadership team to ensure the success of each project you help manage. We invest time, effort, and money into those willing to invest in themselves! You'll be earning $38,000-$55,000k your first year including base pay and uncapped commissions. Earnings can vary because of bonuses and incentives for various targets but are always within a similar annual range.

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the USA
• Should be local to Tampa and able to start within 2 weeks' time
• Customer-facing work experience is recommended, but not essential
• Leadership, supervisor, or management experience is also helpful
