Junior Project Manager Jobs

We are currently seeking a professional to fill a position as a Junior Project Manager to help with our ACM projects. Candidate must be capable of assisting project management with working on multiple projects simultaneously. This person must be a problem-solver, multi-tasker, have exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, some knowledge of construction processes, and a willingness to adapt and learn.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with project field dimensioning to apply to Shop Drawings.
• Confirm project takeoffs.
• Attend project meetings.
• Learn and study design procedures and practices to better assist the team.
• Assist project managers with construction projects.

Role Qualifications:

• Demonstrates excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, architects, management & site personnel, etc.
• Must have the desire to grow professionally (growth / location plans).
• Computer knowledge and efficiency.
• Be a flexible and adaptable team player.
• Experience with Autocad a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Some experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Prefer some type of construction experience.
• Prefer the ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings and all schedules as to understand architectural intent.
• Prefer experience with Microsoft Office.
