Junior Project Management Trainee :

As a Junior Project Management Trainee, you will have a number of responsibilities. Initially this will include learning how to create a positive experience for our customers alongside our events team. This will include:

• Creating Positive Brand Awareness for Our Clients
• Reinforcing our products and establishing a relationship between the customer and the brand
• Answering Questions & Registering Interested Customers
• Promoting Client's Products and Services to the Public
• Enthusiastically Interacting with Customers Face-to-Face
• Working in a Team, Producing Individual Results

From our experience, individuals with an interest or passion in sports, fitness, teamwork, and leadership make excellent members of the management team. Mainly because the personal characteristics and mentality between the two are very similar.

As you develop your skills, your role will quickly evolve into a member of the management team where you will:

• Run training sessions for new staff
• Organizing work conferences
• Oversee one of our clients
• Monitoring the ROI and progress of our clients to ensure their targets are met
• Oversee social media and website content
• Weekly Scheduling of your staff

Management Trainee Requirements / Recommendations:

• Must be willing to commute to downtown Philly daily
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• A desire to be the best with a passion for success
• A proven commitment (education, sport, club, etc.)
• A solid work ethic and positive attitude toward sales
• Must be over 18 and eligible to work in the US
