Junior Product Manager Jobs

Job Summary

PCOnline Product Management team is looking for candidates who can demonstrate a driving force for market research and data analysis from the product’ initial purchasing stage to its final distribution. Cross-department collaboration skills are highly desirable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Monitor product performance and adjust sale strategies on sales velocity, GMV, and profitability accordingly
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on marketing plan execution
• Conduct market research to support purchase decisions and market expansion
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Summarize sales performance and develop enhancement plans
• Develop Purchase Proposals along with Sales Strategies
• Deliver strategic insights on product portfolio and performance

Qualifications and Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong coordination, oral and written communication
• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, perform data analysis independently, and work efficiently under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, and relevant fields, all majors are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and above in Marketing, Business Analytics, and relevant fields
• Ability to provide picture editing skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Data management and visualization skills (Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and knowledge of statistical modeling packages (SAS, R, and/or Python)
