Job Description

An employer is looking for a Product Associate to join their team in MA. This person will be part of the Fulfillment/Post Purchase team of a large retailer and will be taking over for a maternity leave. The Product Associate is the "voice of the product", taking business requirements from members, employees, and stakeholders and transforming those into product requirements and roadmap. He/she will work closely with engineers, UX design, finance, and merchandising to successfully follow product roadmap. This person will provide a data-driven approach to analyze data to continuously improve the product.


Qualifications:

-2-5 years of experience in Product Management

-Experience in e-commerce/retail environment

-Ability to transform business needs into product requirements, conduct sprint planning and create product roadmap

-Experience partnering with business stakeholders

-Bachelor's Degree
