Junior Producer Jobs

Our client, a major direct to consumer apparel/retail brand, is looking for a Junior Producer to join their team - starting as soon as possible!

This is a ONE YEAR freelance opportunity! Work will be 32 hours per week (4 days) Monday through Thursday onsite in New Hampshire.

As the Junior Producer, you will report to the Director of Studio & Project management and play a crucial role in the oversight of the company's product inventory in order to provide a seamless experience across each department.

Responsibilities Include:

- Maintaining a well-organized database of product inventory and overseeing the location and usage of inventory at all times. This includes:

+ Partnering with the Merchandising, Studio, and Product teams to confirm availability of items necessary for shipping, internal photo shoots, and ordering

+ Working with PR and Marketing/Creative teams to facilitate product seeding

- Tracking any and all coming and going product and ensuring timely delivery as well as accepting, unpacking and safekeeping internal packages and printing shipping labels as needed

- Assisting with the global transition from the internal asset management to enterprise level

- Supporting copy review, and approvals on product descriptions for Ecommerce or various digital purposes

The IDEAL Junior Producer will have:

- 1+ years of experience

- Agency background and/or previous studio experience working as a producer

- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, (including PPT, Excel, and Word)
