As a member of the Junior Snowsports team you are responsible for helping promote the sport of skiing or snowboarding while assisting instructors coaching participants ages 3-12, and to provide excellent guest service that will exceed our guest's expectations, and enhance their winter sports experience, in an atmosphere of safety, fun, and learning.

• Be safety conscious at all times.
• Offer exceptional guest service by being informative and helpful
• Ride chair lifts with children in lessons abiding by the Kids on Lifts safety policy
• Must be able to work with a variety of instructors, take initiative assisting instructors with lessons, and communicate effectively with the Snowsport Team
• Must enjoy working with others, maintaining a helpful and friendly attitude towards guests and employees
• Ability to ski or snowboard, or outside on ones feet for a majority of the day when necessary.
• Show movement patterns that may be required on skis or snowboard including but not restricted to; walking, hopping, skipping, ducking, leaping, sliding, skidding, slipping and more.
• Enthusiastic and helpful; be part of the team.
• Timely and dependable
• Minimum age 14
• Support all company policies.
