As a Junior Growth Strategist, you will support sales & marketing efforts, contact businesses in order to generate leads, and qualify appointments from the hundreds of inbound leads that we get each month for our Sr. Growth Strategist.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Sr. Growth Strategist with nurturing client and prospective client relationships
  • Promote our services and value proposition to prospective clients via Zoom and in-person meetings
  • Create persuasive, data-driven proposals that clearly outline the strategic approach, expected outcomes, and investment required to achieve client growth objectives
  • Manage the deal process in HubSpot
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, pain points, and business goals to offer tailored marketing growth strategies that align with their objectives
  • Build relationships with prospective clients to generate qualified leads
  • Follow-up via email after initial contact
  • Be part of onboarding new clients and providing a smooth transition to the Account Management team
  • Master the Moburst offering to adapt our suite of marketing services to meet individual client needs, effectively communicating how each component contributes to their growth objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously enhance the value and relevance of our consultative services
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding our services and convert inquires to qualified appointments
  • Utilize a consultative approach to engage with clients, actively listening to their challenges and proposing strategies that address their unique requirements




Requirements:


  • Highly computer literate - working with Google Suite, HubSpot, and many other systems
  • Great interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Tenacity to maintain repeat and long-term contact with prospects
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to create tailored solutions that address client challenges
  • Strong presentation skills preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and mobile apps - strong advantage
  • Proven track record in consultative sales, preferably within marketing services or related industries
  • Creative, passionate, and committed
  • Self-starter, fast learner, motivated by success
  • BA in business, advertising, marketing, or related field
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and approach to overall agency growth
