POSITION PROFILE

The Junior Financial Analyst will work to support Current Global’s US Finance team by managing the Accounts Payable process as well as assisting account and finance teams in financial reporting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable

• Monitor and maintain open purchase order items.
• Keep accurate record of vendor contracts.
• Expense report support.
• Resolve issues with the parked invoices.
• Follow-up with vendors/staff if there are outstanding invoices.
• Train account staff on our internal vendor management platform and complete risk assessments.
• Process purchase orders and rush requests, ensuring accurate job and billing codes.
• Verify and resolve any variances between invoiced and purchase orders.
• Vendor management – oversee and track the status of vendor setups.
• Liaise with Omaha payment center regarding vendor payments/invoice processing.

Financial Analysis

• Prepare and run any ad-hoc reports as necessary.
• Assist account and finance teams with project and client budget tracking.
• Run various time reports for staff and team i.e. Utilization and Burn Reports.
• Train and support account staff on time, expense, and PO entry.
• Assist in management of accounts receivables.
• Analyze time data for accuracy as well as performing time transfers as needed.

Operational Responsibilities

• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Work effectively within SAP environment.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 0-2 years Accounts Payables experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in the preparation of spreadsheets in Excel .
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, one or more years related experience and/or training.
• 0-2 years of experience in Finance / Accounting.
