Junior Data Analyst Jobs

:

• The Data Analyst works across company functions to coordinate, maintain, and manage reporting, master data, and data structure in multiple data sets (sales, product/technical, for example).
• The role will require experience with data analytics and understand data analysis tools and databases with the ability to mine data for reporting purposes.
• The position will work primarily with the Product, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• The Data Analyst will work across company systems (ERP, Excel, Access, SQL) and departments to ensure consistent and high-fidelity information.

Data analysis and Reporting

• Prepare and provide thoughtful analysis on variances for reports including but not limited to: Revenue, gross margin, expenses, and profit for the areas supported.
• Assist management in the design of databases, models.
• Assist finance and business teams in the annual budget and quarterly financial forecast process.
• Work with Finance and Operations to ensure consistency/validity of reporting.
• Assists Product Management, Sales, or other departments with analyses including lost sales, trending, gaps, etc.
• Initiate and Institute KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the company’s business decisions and risks.
• Market research and reporting, competitive analysis.
• Creation of graphs, charts, spreadsheets, and other methods to visualize data.
• Lead and Coordinate input, structuring, cleaning, improvement, harmonization, and updating of large datasets.
• Assist business planning team with various forecasting and analysis.
• Perform data collection, spreadsheet creation, and data analysis.
• Creation, analysis, improvement, and dissemination of BI reports and/or dashboards for Management and Leadership.
• Leveraging data and experience to identify opportunities and improvements, and present findings across multi-levels of the organization.
