Jr. System Administrator
Jr. System Administrator – Collaboration Operations Team (Microsoft 365)
Duties:
- Meets regularly with project Managers to review current and future for Office 365 environment.
- Overall administration and management of Office 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, Teams and One Drive. Perform end-user account management tasks.
- Facilitate business processes through the development workflows. Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to perform functions such as reporting and Office 365 administration.
- Collaborate with other Team members to design, build, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions.
- Identify opportunities and recommend products and solutions to improve the security, reliability, and efficiency of our existing Office 365 infrastructure.
- Assist with Cloud Collaboration related projects, including but not limited to the deployment of future Office 365 related technologies, AAD sync with on Prem Active directory.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting Office 365 services and performance issues on PCs, Macs and mobile devices in a timely and professional manner via Cherwell ticking system, phone call, or chat.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of Office 365 policies and procedure documentation.
- Ensure all changes are made in accordance with U-Haul Int’s change control policies.
Cisco Cloud ESA Management
- Investigate and respond to security incidents involving email-based threats, taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain the Cisco Cloud ESA appliance to ensure efficient email security and threat prevention.
- Enforce data loss prevention (DLP) policies to prevent the unauthorized transmission of sensitive or confidential information via email.
- Coordinate with Cisco support and other relevant vendors for technical assistance, troubleshooting, and escalation of issues beyond internal capabilities.
- Implement outbound email content filtering to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure the Cisco Cloud ESA environment aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Preferred but not required certifications: MCSA Office 365, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise administrator Expert, CCNA with CCNP Security track
- Preferred bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, relevant related field, or relevant work experience.
- Some Experience with Cisco or other cloud-based ESA preferred.
- Some experience with Exchange or SharePoint administration, developing SharePoint solutions and providing support in a large organization
- Preferred but not required certifications: MCSA Office 365, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise administrator Expert, CCNA with CCNP Security track
