Job Description

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior iOS Developer with a passion for mobile app development and a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience. As a Junior iOS Developer, you will join our dynamic team to work on exciting and innovative projects that will challenge and expand your skills in iOS development.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Explore and integrate SwiftUI for building modern and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Work with RESTful APIs to fetch and display data within the applications.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve app functionality and user experience.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth and efficient app performance.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation through the use of Git version control. Strive for continuous learning and growth, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in iOS development.
  • Implement user-friendly and high-performance mobile applications using Swift programming language.
  • Collaborate with our experienced development team to design, develop, and maintain iOS applications.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in developing iOS applications for the App Store.
  • Strong understanding of Swift programming language and iOS SDKs.
  • Experience integrating Apple HealthKit and/or WatchKit SDKs.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs to fetch and process data in mobile applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Existing products rolled out to the App Store (provide app links or references).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable interest in adopting SwiftUI for modern app development.


Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Exposure to continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with other mobile platforms like Android and cross-platform development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to contribute to the app's visual appeal.
  • Experience with databases and data persistence in iOS applications.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
