Journeyman Electrician - Jobs

IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division, seeking commercial Journeyman Electrician in Sandston, Virginia.

Job Summary

• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Performs installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the commercial electrical construction industry.
• Travel may be required.
• Works from all types of ladders.

This position has a pay rate of $36.00 per hour and offers per diem as eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience bending pipe and running various types of conduit
• Data Center experience a plus
• Current State Electrical Journeyman License
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
• 4 to 6 years recent commercial electrical experience
• Must be willing to work 50+ hours per week
• Experience reading construction drawings and blueprints
