• Define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions knowledge of SFDC Order management and the Lightning platforms.
• Refunds, Returns, Reship
• Fraud Orders and Management
• End to end flow of Sales Order Management
• Ensure software developed is held to high quality standards through code and design reviews.
• SOM Reports
• Interface with ERP and Middleware IT engineers on projects to ensure proper adherence to SDLC and platform integrity.
• Payment Gateways Integration for SOM
