Job Title: Analyst I

Location: Plainsboro, NJ, 08536

Duration: 1 year w/possible extension

Schedule: Mon – Fri (8:30 am to 5 pm EST)

Key Functions:

• Slide design and population

• Support budget management including reconciliation of accruals, report generation and refresh of dashboards

• Support operational efforts including compliance management, system entries (STAT, NoMAS) and compliance reporting

• Support project management of operational excellence workstreams

• Coordination of projects between stakeholders

• Data analytics and visualization

• Validation of data analytics outputs

1. Comes with prior work experience, not in this role, but someone who has a work

2. Graduate Sr (recently graduated)

3. Attention to detail

4. Microsoft (Excel and Power Points)

5. Written and verbal communication skills

Experience and education

• Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA, BAA) in Business or Marketing, Finance, Accounting from an accredited 4-year institution required

• Prior internship or work experience in business, finance, marketing, accounting, or business support role preferred
