Jewelry Television - Gemstore Sales Associate

Our Gemstore Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer experiences, building a loyal customer base, achieving personal and event sales goals as well as Jewel Safe goals. They will maintain an active client book, collect email addresses to support social media growth and achieve new customer generation goals. The position does require Saturday availability. Gemstore Sales Associates will work 4-days a week from 9:00am-7:00pm (5-days during Christmas Season and some special events.

Responsibilities:

• Daily operational needs
• Assist in ordering product and merchandising showcases
• Grow a special order and jewelry repair business
• Send Thank you, Birthday, and Anniversary cards
• Inventory control
• Assist customers, build client base, suggestive sales

Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service is preferred
• Excellent Attendance Record
• Ability to lift 20lbs
• Prior POS terminal experience is preferred
• Ability to Engage Customers
• Must be capable of continually standing for an 8-hour shift
• High School diploma or equivalent
