  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Application design and development using Java/JEE with various design patterns and open source technologies like Spring, Hibernate and Struts.
  • End to end ownership of the products you work on including but not limited to design, development, testing and delivery.
  • Conforming to industry standards for application development and managing teams.

What you need to Suit Up

  • A strong sense of commitment to achieving results.
  • Experience with open source frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts.
  • Ability to pick up new concepts rapidly and a talent for technology.
  • Extensive experience in Java/JEE, JSF, Servlets, JSP and JDBC.
  • A great attitude and the willingness and desire to learn and grow.
