Job Title: Java Lead Developer

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Pay: 120k-150k/annually

Location: McLean, VA

What We Are Looking For

• Strong skills in communication, motivation, and self-discipline
• Should have experience with combination of Designing Architecture (mid-level), Providing Solutions & Hands-On Programming. Along with this, he/she must have good team leading skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to relocate to McLean, VA

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with all the modules of Spring Framework such as Spring JPA, SpringBoot, Spring Security, Spring Transactions, etc.
• Must have experience with either of the MQ Services, Kafka, Active, Rabbit, IBM, etc.
• The candidate must be experience with AWS, not necessarily with all the services.
• Must have experience with NoSQL DB either Dynamo, Mongo or other.
• 10+ years of Java (Version 8, 11 or any) programming experience
• Should have extensive skills with Microservices but not limited to development but also the other ways to secure Microservices (how can we use microservices to enhance the application)
• Must have experience with RDBMS any would work, Oracle, SQL, DB2, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Caching framework, what is the 1st & 2nd level Cache, best use of Cache.
