1. TL should have hands on experience and expertise in above mentioned technology so that he/she can help the team with queries and doubts
2. TL should come up with innovation ideas on how to improve the apps, process. We have 21 apps in scope and one of the agenda is to combine some of the apps. TL should be able to analyze it and prepare roadmap, architecture diagram, etc
3. TL should take the ownership and should have high level of accountability
4. TL should maintain good relationship with client team members and understand their expectations
5. TL should be able to communicate well with both Deloitte developers and client developers. This project involve lot of communication with client teams
6. TL should be available for post cert during weekends and prod elevations aftermarket hours.
a. Post cert frequency- once a month
b. Prod elevations frequency- 5 times a month
7. Preferred- previous Vanguard experience
