Job Description

IH SERVICES, one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a hands-on Supervisor with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude for a facility located in Carteret NJ.

Pay: $18.50 per hour - WEEKLY PAY!

Hours: Sunday-Wednesday NIGHTS (Sun-Tues 7pm-7am & Wed 7pm-1am)

Job Duties:

  • Employee training and counseling
  • Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards.
  • To lead and to supervise associates.

Qualifications:

  • The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
  • Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • A strong work ethic
  • Ability to lead and supervise.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
