JOB DETAILS This office cleaning job is located on Ordnance Drive in Brunswick, Maine. Tuesday and Thursdays from aproximately 9 - 12. Duties include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms and eating areas and using a walk-behind auto-scrubber. We will attempt to contact interested individuals within 15 minutes of being notified of their summitting their application or resume. This would be a good job for any individual including those who are retired. WE OFFER COMPETITIVE WAGES. We use all ServiceMaster products and equipment. Employees are not expected to provide anything and are not required to come to our office to pick up anything. They only have to let our Business Manager know when they are running low on any cleaning products, and they will be delivered to the account by our supervisor. • Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, and cleaning offices, bathrooms & breakrooms
• Use proper PPE where required
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
• Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
