Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.0 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM
- Serve as backup to the ITS Department Specialist position's responsibilities when necessary.
- Manage the inventory and ordering of spare and repair parts for most ITS supported systems deployed to customers, including PCs, Laptops, WOWs, Printers, Barcode Scanners, Mobile Devices, Timeclocks, etc.
- Track and update moves using the Asante ITSM.
- Provide superior customer service and customer support for day-to-day activities and questions.
- Ensure all project deadlines are met and provide project status updates.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings and document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensure Asante-wide moves are executed timely and completely for continued business continuity and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate smaller ITS projects to include organizing, coordinating, and managing the project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures of assigned projects.
- Associate's degree with emphasis in business administration, or the equivalent in experience and education, is required.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Three years business experience in a variety of administrative, coordination and support functions including monitoring and tracking vendors and projects required.
- One year in an IT or IS environment required.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past ten years and proof of auto insurance is required. Must obtain Oregon Driver's License within 30 days of moving to Oregon (if applicable).
- One of the following, or other computer-related certifications, are preferred: A+, MCP, HCI CSS, or HCI HDA.
- Flexible in work schedules to meet the demands of the department.
- Proven phone and customer service skills and skilled in the use of and support of Microsoft Windows in a domain joined environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems and prioritize customer requests even with multiple interruptions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to represent the ITS Department to internal and external customers in professional, positive manner.
- Ability to process incidents, follow up on open orders, and to make effective determinations based on information provided.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
