Job Description
Department: Info Tech Srvcs
Pay: $21.01 per hour
Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (20 hours a week). This is a hybrid position, remote and on location.

This position is responsible for direct management Active Directory ID’s. This position processes Active Directory ID’s, File Permissions and Exchange mailbox setup and break downs.
ID Setup Process
Process ID Tickets in the user ID creation, transfer and deletion process.
Setup or disable internal phone number then tie it to the proper CISCO phone.
Create or disable voice mailboxes and Jabber.
Setup or delete email on new ID’s, creating any aliases or proxies.
Create or disable personal home folder.
Verify user is a member of the proper groups.
Create and update documentation on the ID process including work flow Visio diagrams
Ticket Tracking
Maintain ticketing system to properly track the status of all service calls. Communicate effectively with customers on status of tickets to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintains up to date documentation and comments within the ticket tracking application
Accurately track time spent on ticket resolution.
Ensure acknowledgement of ticket assigned is in a timely fashion.
Resolve tickets assigned in a timely fashion.
Documentation, and Training
Maintains up to date on education, information technology, and technology trends in keeping with the rapid changes in the IT field.
Learns from, trains and collaborates with peers to improve job skills.
Stays trained on Sedgwick County procedures.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
