We seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team as an ITProgram Project Leader Global. In this role, you will support business operations, customers, and partners across global entities by managing the lifecycles of IT operations, programs, and projects. Also, leading and mentoring the Projects Team, and managing the department service delivery and third-party suppliers to ensure the stability and delivery of digital solutions in-line with budget and service levels


  • Champion digital optimization and transformation strategies by developing and executing organizational transition and change management plans, managing communications and project deliverables, leveraging working knowledge of innovations in supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution centers, and building repeatable process playbooks
  • Manage IT Operations budgeting and costs by seeking and obtaining regional leadership budgets approvals that fund IT support and initiatives, and by reviewing and implementing best cost optimization and savings practices
  • Manage project deliverables by balancing project scope and schedule against time, budget, and value, managing risks and correcting plan deviations; and championing ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • Build and verify companywide compliance with Dymax IT security systems by developing, disseminating, and maintaining IT best practice policies and SOPs; ensuring standards are met, and auditing and proactively managing exceptions and deviation
  • Develop and manage IT operations support services efficiencies by managing incident resolution, focusing on continuous improvement, and coordinating with internal and external providers to manage service delivery, agreements, and outcomes
  • Develop a knowledgeable, responsive, quality-oriented, customer-centric Projects Team by exercising strong leadership skills to remove work roadblocks, assign responsibilities and accountabilities; and by engaging, training, and empowering high-performance team members


Requirements


You should have:


  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills
  • Strong IT operational experience in distribution, manufacturing, or related business
  • Strong experience leveraging managed services and global vendor management
  • 8+ years IT operations experience in both Applications and Infrastructure maintenance
  • Must have strong organizational skills and possess close attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, energetic performer with solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • 8+ years’ experience managing complex, global, and multidisciplinary projects


Salary: $125,000-$154,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Dymax salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range.
