Job Description


We seek a responsible and self-motivated intern to join the ICS/TPS Product Management team. In this position, you will be the Product Manager Intern responsible to advance the Product Manager experience and the work of Product Management forward. Under the direction of the ITF Manager of Product Management, you will research to understand unmet customer needs and deliver a Product Management Information Center.


Success is enabling Product Managers with standardized methods, tools, resources, and templates to accelerate the work of Product Management across ICS/TPS.


When your internship concludes, you will deeply understand the tools and methods which enable world-class Product Management – an excellent springboard if you desire a career in Product Management.


Responsibilities


Understand customer and stakeholder needs.


Create journey map of current product manager experience.


Ideate and iterate solutions which close the gaps in target customer needs.


Deliver a Product Management Resource Center with human-centric solutions.


Test and iterate offerings with key customer learnings.


Core Deliverables


Standard descriptions and use case for each PM fundamental.


Standard tools/toolsets for each PM fundamental.


Standard output templates/formats for each PM fundamental.


Standard process definition and flow for PM work/systems.


SharePoint site information repository.


Qualifications


You should be currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited college or university 


Internship is for current temple worthy members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 


Proficient in or the ability to quickly learn high-level website/destination tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint)


Proficient in core computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).


Must be comfortable interacting in 1:1 interviews, both remote and in person.


Highly Organized.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Self-directed; able to work without constant supervision.


Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.


Hybrid location – work from home with some time spent in Riverton, UT office


20 hours/week for Fall/Winter semesters


Preferred


Experience Design, Product Management, Information Technology, or business students.
