It Executive-Oracle/Apex Developer

Key Objectives/Purpose of the role

• Knowledge of Oracle APEX (Application Express). • Knowledge of IOS/Android mobile application development (added advantage). • Experience developing customized solutions. • Design and develop knowledge using Oracle Application Express 5.1 or higher applications. • Troubleshoot complex APEX application problems, and server issues, including client environments, application configuration, user permissions, and data accuracy. • Good understanding of application security. • Knowledge/Experience in all aspects of application development (analysis and design to implementation and support). • Knowledge in Oracle database, SQL, and PL/SQL database design and implementation experience. • A good understanding of Infrastructure (hardware, software, data, networking). • Good problem-solving skills. • Good knowledge of SQL Reporting. • Understanding of XML data structures. • Deep knowledge of data integration, data modeling, and optimization. • Experience in developing custom applications (HTML,CSS, XML, JavaScript, AJAX) and development of solution packages . • Immense ability to effectively provide technical documentation. • Develop test plan, conduct test and test output for program/system accuracy; and ensure database compliance and security. • Perform a ‐walkthrough‐ for all work performed on an as‐requested or as-needed basis. • Employ knowledge of Oracle 12c/18c/19c triggers, sequences, synonyms, views, and database links. • Create reports and graphs for the dashboard. • Fluent in English ‐ written and spoken. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with a client. • Outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability and confidence to work with all levels within the organization. • Meet project target dates, if unable to do so keep, the management informed on the status of the assignment including the reason for the delay in the periodic status report/meeting.
