Project Analyst (Issue Resolution)

You will be joining a team that is focused on issue resolution efforts for roadblocks related to merchandise transitions. You will be a point person to uncover and fix issues for our stores to proceed with executing project resets. This role is a mix of root cause analysis, data entry, scheduling, ordering, researching, inventory management, data analysis, customer management, process improvement, and partnering with cross functional teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting field partners with scheduling and managing one-off issues
  • Placing labor, outbound, and direct to store orders
  • Reviewing internal, web-based system to resolve issues that have been recorded in the system for resolution
  • Partnering with Merchant Planners to adjust assortments
  • Working as a liaison between the field and cross functional partners to meet resolution
  • Managing post-reset implementations


This is a 9 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension or conversion to perm in the Vinings area. The role is a hybrid position of work from home and in the office. REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Process Improvement/Critical Thinking
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Process Improvement, or similar field)
  • 2 years of professional work experience resolving large ticket volume issues
  • Experience executing a project from start to end
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills - ability to do VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, formulas
  • Detail oriented
