Inviting, Spirited, Active, Family Seeks Nurturing, Dependable Nanny!

ROLE: Full Time, Live Out. Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM

START DATE: March 27, 2023

WHO YOU’LL CARE FOR: One infant who will be 6 months upon start.

OUR CHILDREN ARE: Sweet Madison. She is a happy and healthy girl who already loves to stand up (supported), giggle, and play. We've taken her outside on plenty of walks/hikes, so she's familiar with the outdoors and enjoys walks in her stroller. Madison is also already starting to love bath time.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Someone who will create and maintain a loving, stimulating environment, for our daughter, and encourage her learning & development with infant-appropriate activities. We love watching her grow and want her to continue to thrive! We must have someone nurturing, dependable, and energetic. This person must have stellar recommendations and nanny experience. We view nannies as professionals and therefore are committed to maintaining clear expectations and boundaries with the aim of setting everyone up for success! Additionally, we are looking for a nanny who:

• Dresses the child appropriately, ensuring the child is neat, clean, diapering, clean clothes.
• Drives and have own reliable vehicle. We will supply a car seat for Madison. Ideally, the nanny will be able to take her to the library and potentially other external classes to socialize with other babies.
• Has experience working with infants and children at different developmental stages.
• Fulfills light household tasks and organization, particularly relating to child such as bottle/food preparation, unloading and loading the dishwasher, baby laundry, and maintaining designated play areas.
• Can implement daily routines detailed by parents. Providing the child with a structured, consistent schedule (recording schedule, nap + feed times).
• Can commit to our family long-term.
• Views herself as a partner to us in raising kids who embody our family values.
• Engages kids in different types of activities that foster age-appropriate development (such as outdoor play, parks, strolls, an ample amount of reading, encouraging sign language, excursions to the library, etc).

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

RATE: $25-30 per hour.

MODELS POSITIVE BEHAVIOR AND PROFESSIONALISM: GENUINE PASSION FOR CHILDREN, DEPENDABILITY, INTEGRITY, KINDNESS, RESPECT, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

HAVE A PROFESSIONAL RESUME WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE.

CPR, FIRST AID, AND AED CERTIFIED

PASS NATIONAL CRIMINAL HISTORY FINGERPRINT SCREENING

PASS PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT, REFERENCE, AND EDUCATION VERIFICATION

KNOWLEDGEABLE IN EARLY EDUCATION, CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND/OR CREATIVE EDUCATION

ADDITIONAL:

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
