As an Associate Investment Banker, you will play a pivotal role in their M&A transactions. This position combines the technical prowess of Wall Street investment banking with a strong focus on client relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze prospect financial statements and conduct accounting due diligence.
• Head up calls with client management teams and investor counterparts.
• Closely collaborate with senior bankers throughout all stages of M&A transactions.
• Oversee the creation of financial models and business valuations.
• Facilitate diligence activities with third-party partners, such as accountants and attorneys. Mentorship: Take on the role of mentoring junior bankers, fostering growth within the team.
• Prepare compelling marketing materials to support client engagements and business development.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial in this fast-paced role.
• Candidates with 3+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
