We're looking for an investment advisory operations specialist to:

– Support the daily operations for the Investment Advisory business and manage escalations efficiently
– Mitigate risk by identifying control gaps and proposing solutions
– Collaborate with multiple business partners on the successful planning and execution of various advisory related projects (e.g. T+1 settlement, new product launches, etc.)
– Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
– Provide consistent and thorough client service to our WMA Advisor Teams.

You will be working in the Investment Advisory Operations team in Nashville, TN. Our team is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting for all UBS clients on the Wealth Management USA platform. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and can easily transition between day to day production support and project work. The individual will be responsible for interfacing directly with the Wealth Management USA branch offices (Financial Advisors, Branch Managers and their support teams) as well as internal and external business partners (third party money managers, program management, Legal & Compliance).

You have:
– A minimum of 2 years of industry experience
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
– Collaborate easily with cross-functional colleagues including product and technology
– Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)

You are:
– Excel at identifying areas for efficiency and implementing solutions
– An excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills

• Possess intermediate level Microsoft EXCEL capabilities

– A flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude who adapts easily to change
