INVENTORY ASSOCIATE

Garcia Roofing is looking for an Inventory Associate to join our team. You will be required to do daily material planning, coordinate with vendors, coordinators, schedule deliveries, document inventory, and follow up with vendors and crews.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not Limited To)

• Use project management tools to monitor materials, deliveries and plans.
• Be the point of contact for the warehouse and all material dispatchers.
• Coordinate deliveries, resources, and information between the office and field.
• Keep in contact with the office in regards to projects.
• Comply with Garcia's policies, procedures and the employee handbook.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent time management.
• Positive problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook calendar).
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.

General Information

• After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
• 401K: Match up to 4% after 1 year
