Your Focus

  • You will be responsible for producing and distributing multiple internal communications campaigns at any given time. This includes the creation of flyers, posters, newsletters, emails, memos and presentations (and more!) that inform, inspire and connect our Team Members.
  • Collaborate with the team leaders to develop internal communication strategies for company programs, such as Responsible Gaming, CodeGreen and HERO.
  • Monitor team email boxes for Team Member questions and project requests. Respond or share with a team leader, as appropriate, owning our family-style service culture.
  • Support development of company intranet, Empire Wire.
  • Maintain the team calendar and email distribution lists.
  • Protect the integrity of the many brands within the Caesars Entertainment family by ensuring communications are in alignment with their respective brand design and tone.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of Team Member communications and work with regional HR leaders to adjust communication processes and strategies accordingly.
  • Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.


Basic Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.
  • You also have experience writing and editing engaging messages under tight deadlines.
  • You’re familiar with the Microsoft suite of products (including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and the Adobe suite of products (such as InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).

  • You’re a strong communicator. You know how to tailor a message to your audience.
  • You’re looking to flex your creative muscles. You have an eye for graphic design.
  • You’re used to handling complex and emotional issues while maintaining confidentiality.
  • You always solve problems and make decisions with the best interest of the company and its Team Members in mind.
  • You love project management. You can organize and prioritize work within a fast-paced environment.
