Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Support initiatives including, assisting with clinical trial electronic document storage system (D2 eTMF) and assisting with Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Monitoring Visit Report Module.
• Prepare electronic documents (external and internal) with appropriate file names and format.
• Draft clinical trial correspondence for CRA to send to Investigators and clinical sites.
• Upload documents into electronic document management system (Documentum, D2/eTMF).
• Assist with tracking department metrics and clinical study progress.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills, ability to set and work to deadlines.
• Knowledge of ICH E6 Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and clinical trial research preferred but not required.
• Must possess excellent computer skills to include MS Office specifically (MS Word and MS Excel) and Adobe.
• The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a healthcare, scientific or psychology degree program, or a related field of study. A minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: If Pursing Bachelors = $20/hour, If Pursing Masters = $25/hour, If Pursing Doctorate = $30/hour.
