Intern - Change Management Analyst

As a Change Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Change Management Intern to join our team. The Change Management Intern will support our change management initiatives by assisting in planning, creating toolkits, execution, and evaluation of change activities across the organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions during periods of organizational change, including technology implementations, process improvements, and cultural shifts closely partnering with our Learning and Development, and Knowledge Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and engagement throughout the change process.
• Collaborate with the Change Management team to develop change management plans and strategies.
• Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of change management activities.
• Participate in change readiness assessments to identify areas that may require additional support or attention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of change resilience and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of training materials, workshops, and sessions to support end-users in adopting new technologies or processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of change management documentation, templates, and tools.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.
• Assist in conducting impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges associated with change initiatives.

Education

• Working toward a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Organizational Psychology, Organization Change Management or other related discipline.
