Interior Designer Jobs

Our Interior Design company is seeking an Interior Designer with 3-5 years of high-end residential experience. The ideal candidate will be innovative and forward thinking with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets.
• Ensure quality installations.
• Negotiate bids.
• Prepare CAD drawings.
• Prepare InDesign and Photoshop presentations.
• Review technical drawings.
• Assist with developing overall project design.
• Assist in selecting and specification of finishes, lighting, equipment, and furniture.
• Oversee the order expediting process to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Support other team members, as needed.
• Communicate with vendors and showrooms to request quotes and track orders.
• Research products.
• Assist with space plan project development.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of high-end showrooms and product lines.
• 3+ years of Interior Design experience.
• Previous experience with WoodMode or other cabinetry lines (design and specification).
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architectural.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Photoshop.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience with expediting orders, coordinating installations, custom furniture, space planning, furniture selection, and color compositions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
