Job Description
The Garrett Group seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist - Junior to support the USSTRATCOM Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Division (J2X) by providing timely, responsive, thorough, accurate and insightful studies, analysis, assessments, and evaluations to support USSTRATCOM J2X mission and goals.


Duties


The intelligence manager duties include but are not limited to the following


The intelligence manager provides timely and response administrative and collection support in an effort to support the J2X mission to identify and mitigate Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) threats to US STRATCOM missions and equities.


  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support
  • Create read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings
  • Demonstrate strong writing skills suitable to clearly, concisely, and logically communicate analytic findings to a diverse set of clients
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities
  • Experience conducting a variety of office administrative and operational support functions (e.g., task management, information management, security, document and report preparation, and other related duties)
  • Review documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting
  • Assist with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with others, including via written and verbal means of communication

  • Highly desired skills include experience creating and modifying wiki-type websites (HTML), such as that used in Intellipedia
  • Experience or training performing staff officer/action officer duties in a Joint Environment
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience directly related to DoD intelligence collection requirements management, with at least one (1) years of that experience in the last two (2) years
  • Possess strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel.
