Insurance Verification Representative Jobs

Positions Summary:
CORE Physical Therapy - Chicopee
Coordinates patient insurance verification and pre-authorization/account functions which take place between the time the patient is scheduled for service and the discharge date, and to act as a liaison between the patient and insurance company.
Requirements:
Associate Degree in business, medical billing, or related field. Ability to read, write and communicate in English; two years of experience in hospital billing and/or medical office environment. Familiarity with ICD 10 and CPT codes with emphasis on communicating financial matters with patients and their families in an empathetic, professional manner.
Location: Valley Health Systems · Physical Therapy
Schedule: Full Time, day shift, Monday-Thursday 9:45am - 6:15pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
