An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We have one of the best leading training programs in the country.

Responsibilities:

Become licensed in Property & Casualty

Become licensed in Life, Accident & Health

Determine customer requirements and expectations to help the customer identify specific products and solutions.

Maintain and expand your database of prospects

Solicit, sell, and negotiate new business policies

Review renewal business and identify appropriate follow-up action based on degree of change

Implement/adhere to company and Agency guidelines

General customer service duties as presented

Opportunity to become a Protégé Agent and be able to open your own agency in 12 months.

Requirements:

Sales experience preferred but not required

excellent communication skills

Self0motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Strong organizational and time management skills

Desire to be active in the community
