Instrument Technician Jobs

Must be Ca. State certified Journeyman Electrician, have the working knowledge to

• Work a flexible work schedule with occasional overtime.
• Experience with Instrumentation-calibrations and troubleshooting for level/pressure/flow control
• Read and interpret Hydraulic schematics
• Have working knowledge of 480/4160V Motors and Controls.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment correctly and in timely manner.
• Read and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and control.
• Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, assembling control valves.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Experience with AC/DC drives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience

Minimum 5 years experience as a journeyman in a maintenance environment California State electrician
license required. Must be able to read and Trouble shoot PLC ladder logic and basic relay logic. 4160 and 480 volt experience. Must have
knowledge of instrumentation; such as pressure transmitters and control valves
Must be able to calibrate instruments in the shop, and in the field.
Experience with AC/DC drives required.
Work flexible work schedule with occasional overtime required. Pulp and Paper experience a plus, team player fast pace production .

Rate: $35.00 - $46.00
