As a trainer, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring progress and adjusting the training program as needed to ensure that training milestones and goals are achieved.
• Ensuring that training materials and programs are up-to-date, accurate, and effective to meet learners' needs and organizational goals.
• Staying informed about new methods and techniques for training and keeping up with the training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
• Carrying out any other related duties as assigned to support the training and development function.
• Identifying areas for improvement through training, such as operational changes or industry developments, to address problems and seize opportunities.
• Conducting or facilitating required and recommended training sessions for employees or learners, following the company-approved training program materials.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Friendly attitude.

• Strong proficiency in English.
• Desire to learn and share knowledge.
• Understanding of training processes.
• Confidence in oneself.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Ability to moderate large groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
