At South Shore Millwork, as New England's premier, luxury architectural millwork provider, we serve high-end commercial and residential construction markets and manage custom millwork projects. All of our work is produced in our newly expanded, state-of-the-art woodwork shop, located just southwest of Boston in Norton, Massachusetts.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Installer to join our team!


Position Summary: Responsible for the on-site installation of custom millwork. Reviews plans and drawings on a daily basis to ensure accurate installation at all times. Performs cabinet, door, stair, and other millwork installations.


Education And Experience Required


  • The products and services we provide are of the highest quality available, applicants must have the passion and pride to produce the same to become part of our team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Practical problem solving skills to communicate any problems or obstacles
  • Previous architectural millwork installation experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail while working independently is required;
  • Time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand construction techniques
  • 5 Years experience in equivalent field
