Responsibilities:

What you'll be challenged to do:

Responsible for data entry into the Florida Department of Transportation Bridge Management System facilitated via the Internet. Looking for a technical individual, team oriented with strong communication skills.


General Duties & Responsibilities: individual will be trained in the following:

  • Maintaining electronic file folders for inspection projects
  • Creating/updating documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Tracking Reports in the QA/QC Process
  • Proofing Inspection Reports
  • Bridge Inspection Report processing

Qualifications:
What you bring to our firm:
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
  • High School Diploma with minimum 5 years of office related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

What we’d prefer for you to bring to our firm:
  • AASHTOWare BrM application experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize duties and multitask
  • Self-motivated
  • Process driven
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Google Earth
