Insights Performance Analyst at Limetree, LLC. (Remote)


Join our team as a Marketing Performance Insights Analyst and be the driving force behind


translating data into actionable insights. This role has an open career path and opportunity due


to its connection to harnessing data-driven information to uncover client performance metrics


and guide strategic decision-making. Your role will bridge our strategy department and data


teams, ensuring insights are generated, thoroughly understood, and fully utilized. This is not a


“backroom” role, but rather a seat at the table with our team as we push to use insights and


reporting to consistently improve marketing performance for our clients.


Responsibilities


  • Create and present comprehensive performance reports to clients, articulating the "why" behind data-driven strategies.
  • Utilize SQL and Python to access and analyze data within the Snowflake and/or DataBricks environment.
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to optimize targeting, list generation, and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (specifically our strategy, account, and data organizations) to identify client and Limetree needs, while extracting and interpreting performance data, encompassing lead generation, customer attribution, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to transform data into actionable insights for clients, anticipating data asks throughout campaign development through reporting.
  • Foster a deep understanding of statistical analysis techniques to connect research insights to tangible performance outcomes.
  • Translate quantitative research data and findings into performance-related insights to enhance our marketing strategies.


Qualifications


  • Previous exposure to quantitative research and the ability to connect insights to performance outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods and their application in marketing performance metrics.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing solutions that have been able to be applied across marketing with proven performance, with a preference given to solutions that drove growth in a B2B services-driven company.
  • First and foremost, be a great teammate willing to proactively step up when needed.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python, with the ability to work within Snowflake and/or DataBricks.
  • Leadership experience in guiding data teams toward generating impactful insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in translating data into actionable insights, preferably in a marketing, business, or data analysis role. Specifically, experience with B2C direct marketing, including research, traditional, and digital methods, is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver, committed to identifying growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional analytical mindset that can transform complex data into clear, concise insights.
