Information Technology Specialist Jobs

What You'll Do:

• Assist the IT Manager and ensure compliance with all aspects of our Information Security Program

• Provide technical assistance and support related to hardware, software, and security compliance

• Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the organization’s network and computer systems

• Provide support for staff by troubleshooting common computer issues or concerns

What We're Looking for:

While you should have most of these skills, not all are required.

• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills

• Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve hardware and software issues

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows environment

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Network administration, Systems Administration or equivalent – 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk

• Prolonged periods of working on a computer

• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers

• Ability to lift fifty pounds of work equipment
