Infant Aide Or Assistant Teacher

Bloom Early Learning & Child Care, located in Plymouth, MN, is looking for a positive, enthusiastic, creative FT Aide or Assistant Teacher to join our Infant room, and contribute to our mission. Bloom is a non-profit, NAEYC accredited early learning and childcare center that provides a passionate, nurturing and exceptional quality programs required to help the diversity of children & families learn, thrive and grow. We are a smaller center with a BIG mission. Our mission is to provide quality, affordable early childhood care and education for working families. At Bloom, we are committed to reaching out and providing access to low-income families in our community. We strive to offer 50% of our capacity to children and families needing tuition assistance. Bloom follows NAEYC staff to child ratios, have set planning/prep times and bi-weekly, mid-day, staff/team meetings. The Aide and Assistant position duties include, but are not limited to:

• PTO

• Assisting Teachers with classroom, help serve meals, maintain cleanliness of classroom and facility, greet children and parents and build positive bonds with them.
• Helping to facilitate a safe, healthy environment with developmentally appropriate learning, for children, and families.
• Interact with children to support learning through play. Excellent people skills are a must for this team teaching environment.
• Working cooperatively to maintain our near perfect NAEYC ratings, our high levels of parent satisfaction and the stellar outcomes of our children.
